Read this small newspaper clipping and then write a blog post about it. What are your thoughts? How does it make you feel? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.

I agree partly with John Tapene, but do agree fully with him. I do agree that teenagers need to get out into the world. We need to get off our butts and do something with our lives. We all ask about what we can do and where we can go, but then we go right back to our homes and are unproductive with our lives. If we really want to know what we can do, we have to go out there and try new things, make mistakes, and just stop being the generation that is unable to part from their cells phones, televisions, and video games. I do not agree with him when he says that we need to grow up and stop bring cry babies. Yes, we are important, and we do need to give our share to the world, but sometimes the best productivity and creations come from the cry babies and the children. We need to use what we have and be ourselves when we are creating and helping. If you are a cry baby; that's great! Be yourself, but use that to your advantage. Children, don't grow up! Embrace who you are and use that to help the world. We shouldn't force people to "grow up" when really, that will just be them putting on facade and trying to be someone who they are not! The best productivity comes when we are trying to be ourselves and thinking like ourselves.
